Can't answer a phone to save their life!
Very rude office lady she has personal issues with us ALL BECAUSE WE GO OUTSIDE WITH OUR FRIENDS TO THEIR SIDE! She spies on us and we have no privacy and she is really hard on my mom for no reason at all. Me and my sister aren’t even aloud anywhere but our porch and our dog can barley go outside to use the bathroom, this place is ghetto and police come literally every month and THE OFFICE LADY IS THE WORST, she even lied saying we don’t pay for our dog to stay here when we do. Made several attempts to email and call the leasing office they will not send anybody to fix the problem knowing that we have an issue with raccoons living in the ceiling of apartments!
