Managers will not return phone calls or refund payment when I have video proof that services were not completed! We have used this company since August 2019 and started to see decline with their services in 2024. In the past, if I had an issue it was handled in a timely manner. But, on 02/05/2025, the final straw was when PIE charged me for services and did NOT complete them.
