Was told their technician would call us with a quote in 30 minutes. Never received a call. A technician just showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes latter. Paid to have a new key made, technician said he would be back in 20minutes to deliever the key. It has been an hour and a half and we are still waiting in a parking lot for thr key. We called back only to be given the run around. Have no idea when or if we are ever going to see this car key.
