I broke the key to my Ford F150, called the dealer and they said I had to tow it in and it will have to wait until Monday. Called Plant City Lock and Key and they came right out to me and made me a new one. Guy was super nice and very professional, thanks!

The lady on the phone was really nice and friendly, the gentleman the came and help us was really nice I believe his name was Daniel, he gave us excellent customer service and was very friendly.

I apologize, I asked him his name so that I could leave a positive review but by the time I had returned home, I can't recall. It started with a "C." Anyway, great work! Prompt and friendly service!
