Dr. Lopez is great but the office is run horribly. I went in for an annual physical 3 months ago, and with insurance, I wasn’t supposed to be charged anything. But, I still was sent a bill from the lab. I called the office many times to get the bill sorted out. They said they made a coding error on their part and that they would talk to the lab, and get the bill taken care of and that I shouldn’t owe anything.
