I recently became a new patient at Plano Women's Healthcare after finding out they were in-network with my insurance, and I've had a wonderful experience. My first visit was with Lisa Price to have my IUD removed and switch to birth control pills. She made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. I later returned for my Pap smear and, due to a scheduling change, saw Debra instead. Dr. Diaz is very kind and does a great job of making you feel comfortable. She takes the time to explain your diagnosis and makes sure you understand the complex terminology! But, she does not do annual appointments anymore, only specialized cases, so if you want an annual OBGYN then she is not for you. Her front desk, however, is emotionless and not very kind. had a wonderful experience at Plano Wellness today. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was seen by Marlene Diaz, MD, who is truly exceptional. Doctor Diaz was both caring and highly knowledgeable; she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and sent me home with a clear treatment plan. I am so relieved to say I have finally found my doctor! Highly recommend.

Find another provider. You will be terminated as a patient if you choose to not come in for a procedure that you have done multiple times before and it was normal. Be aware. Unprofessional relationship- and the termination letter was addressed to an old address, despite paperwork being completed for each annual visit with updated address for the past several years.
