Really nice people, made the entire process very smooth
This was such an amazing experience! The staff was so nice, professional, and really went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable.
Grateful to have 2 platelet and plasma locations in Dallas. Would love another closer to downtown one day but this one is worth the drive. The team here has been understaffed on a few visits but everyone is always super kind and grateful, and professional.
Very very poor management. Am not coming This place should be shutdown, some employees smoke cigarettes directly outside the establishment during running hours.. manager never at workplace
Daciea made my journey to 2025 memorable. I was driving almost at closing time, team(Johnesha) warmly welcomed at last few minutes, never rushed, completed donation with royal treatment. Would always love to donate here. My 27th donation at RC. Kudos team. Prosperous 2025. ------------- Love the energy at center. My 25th blood donation today.Redcross amazes . Johnesha and Mackenzie made the entire experience memorable.
