I went here after moving to the area as a new resident and trying to establish new doctors. I saw Farheen Makani and it was a terrible experience. She took no time to get to know me, my history or my prior diagnosis and would not review my records I had transferred from my prior doctor. She was very cold, condescending and shaming. I left there feeling horrible and fortunately found an amazing doctor at another nearby office. I would not recommend seeing her. Never heard such an annoying receptionist. This is my second time where I had a bad experience. In her job she needs to be courteous and not be ready to chew someone's head off. I had left a VM to reschedule an appointment and had asked to call but she in turn canceled the appointment and never called me back. Since I never received a call back, I called again and she said that the appointment was canceled and just hung up. Unbelievable Kelly!!!
