TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ BEFOFE ATTENDING HIS CLINIC. Staff is oblivious and can’t clearly or concisely answer questions. They charged me a $155 deductible even though my insurance is $0 copay for annual visits. Claimed they had to charge $155 to “establish new patient care”. The visit to “establish” care is Dr. Muhammad Farooqi sitting in a chair across from you, asking you the same questions you just filled out on the 10 forms they give you, after he makes you wait 45 mins after your appointment to see him.
