Very impressed. Everyone was friendly, process was simple and efficient. My son needed an ultrasound of his neck. We were able to schedule that same afternoon at 3:30 and I got a call from his pediatrician reviewing the results at 4:45. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Texas health Pediatric Imaging Centre Plano. Recently, I took my 4.8-year-old son for an ultrasonic scan based on a doctor’s recommendation, but the entire experience was appalling. The overall result after the scan we received was not proper, causing a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this imaging center. My husband took our baby in for a chest X-ray, and the experience was awful from the start. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, more interested in chatting with each other than helping patients. We were left waiting for 30 minutes without any communication or assistance. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with the health of an infant. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can!
