My sister was going to watch my 8 month old, and 2 year old, while I had my appointment, but was unable to due to a wreck blocking a road. The staff members watched, and played with my daughters, while I was with Dr. Blackburn

The staff at Dental Arts of Plano continue to be amazing! I've had to get two root canals done in the past 6 weeks, and they have been so kind and caring through the entire process. Dr. Han and Melissa are personable, friendly, and always make sure I'm comfortable. It is never a fun experience to have those procedures so I really appreciate that they go above and beyond to at least make it a comfortable experience. I have never had such a great experience at a dental office ever. My anxiety was very high due to a horrible experience i had at Monarch Dental. I was truly blessed to have the actual owner of this dental practice to perform my services 07/15/14. The lady who assisted; which I can't remember her name at this time but was also great and took the time and personal attention with me. I am thankful to have had prior dental issues corrected and additional work done the proper way. You will never know how much i appreciated how we... read more
