This place is like a revolving door of dentists. Dr Appiah was great, but both my wife and I were given another dentist during our last visit. I don't remember his name. Nice enough, but that's not what we signed up for. If I wanted to play dentist roulette, I would have checked that box. Showed up today for my scheduled and confirmed 11:30 to be told that they had me down for 10:15. Great understanding staff. I have had dentist anxiety all my life, this group is becoming family to me.
Kristy and Dr. Appiah are my new Dental Dream Team!!! Kristy has the best chair side manner of any dental hygienist I've ever seen (amazingly friendly, gentle yet thorough technique, superbly welcoming) and Dr. Appiah is a stellar dentist. I've been coming to Plano Modern Dentistry for about 4 years and have always gotten terrific service, but I highly recommend any and all looking for a top notch dental care team to check out Kristy and Dr. Appiah!
