Although my physicians is wonderful and takes great care of me, the practices policies are the most patient unfriendly I have ever witnessed. You can not speak to a human even if you want to schedule and appointment. You must leave a VM and then you may get a call back and you may not. I love my doctor and if it weren't for him I would not be going through what I go through. My physicians assistant does not keep track of request that come in to their office from pharmacies.
