I was given a blood pressure monitor to track my blood pressure. I told them I already had one and didn’t need it, but they insisted it was completely free. Now, I’m being charged a monthly fee for using the device. It’s been several months, and I keep receiving a balance. Every time I call, they say the charge will be removed—but the next month, the same charge appears again. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical provider. I have been seeing Dr. Tigges for about nine years now. His care, demeanor, and professionalism is top notch. He is always pleasant and knows the right questions to ask in order to dig deeper when necessary. The office is immaculate. The front desk staff are excellent. I have never had a problem with them in nine years. It is very difficult to find an honest provider nowadays, so when you do, you stick with them.

Worst front desk staffs for a doctors office. I felt like they are doing their best to reduce the patient’s count so that they can reduce their work. If you need any positive response or help from them, good luck.. we are changing doctor only because of them
Dr. Philip is a great doctor as well as her nurse Crystal. Business service team horrible customer service. This place is ran like a “mill clinic” billing errors that are not communicated, very rude billing department with no personal-able skills. You are a number, your issues could be the furthest thing of a concern. Takes days to get someone on the phone to return your phone call.
