I ordered an arrangement for my niece and her husband when she returned from a destination wedding and choose the "best" option of the All Aglow for $96. When I went to see my niece I was embarrassed by the very small arrangement they received. On the same day I ordered from another florist in a different city (Garland) for my in-laws and spent HALF as much for a much more beautiful arrangement. I am very disappointed with the arrangement from Plano Florist and do not plan to use them in the future.

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary and it arrived with a Happy Birthday balloon. They came out the next day with the correct balloon. I had a really great laugh. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Great customer service!
The flowers for the wedding had everything that were specifically requested NOT to be used! We had rhinestones, glitter, lilies, and baby's breath and one very sick bride due to allergies for the latter two! There is NO quality control! When I went back to talk with the owner, she did not offer to do anything to make the situation better! Of over $1,200 only $200 was correct with the portrait flowers which were over a month before the event! My advice - run - don't walk away from this business!
I received some roses for my anniversary from Plano Florist, and after 2 days they started looking bad, so I called them to let them know, and they were very kind and apologized and delivered me new ones. They are beautiful. Great customer service!
