I found Plano ER on Google. This is very clean hospital and fast service. I took my mom here for emergency tonight she has high fever and throwing up due to wrong vaccinations. The front receptionist man name Muhammad is very kind and super awesome he brought me drink and chips helping relieve my stress worrying for my work and my mom. I had a great experience at the Plano ER and wanted to share how impressed I was with the care I received. Compared to a visit I had at another neighborhood ER that is nearby a few years ago, this experience was night and day. The facility was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, offering a variety of complimentary snacks and drinks throughout my stay. I had a great experience at the ER when I brought my mom in. The entire staff was professional, compassionate, and friendly. The doctor and nurse took excellent care of her, and had great bedside manner. She underwent several tests and imaging, received IV fluids that made her feel much better, and was discharged within about two hours. There was virtually no wait time, and even the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Thank you to everyone for providing such excellent care during a stressful time.

My ER visit was a very positive experience. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and caring from the moment I arrived. The office was clean and well-organized, which made me feel more comfortable during my visit. The front desk staff and the nurse, Joberal, were kind, professional, and made sure I felt supported throughout the process. I truly appreciate the great care and excellent service I received.

Amazing ER team! Came in post op for chest pain and was very well taken care of with thorough examination by Dr Narla and Nurse Imani. Muhammad at the front desk was also extremely helpful in getting me admitted immediately and helping family settle in while the staff ran my tests. Patient care was some of the best I have received
