⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Susanna is the best. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. She made a stressful situation much easier with her calm attitude and genuine care. Thank you, Susanna, for going above and beyond!

Joselyn, Shanita, Yazmin, and Dr. Devesh all took great care of me during my ER visit. The staff was very caring, friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable! Nurse Shanita was awesome and very quick with IV and labs and had my meds going within a reasonable time.The ER is super organized and clean as well. I would recommend Plano ER to all my friends, family and community.

Great Experience! I had an excellent visit at this urgent care. The doctor took the time to run the necessary tests and got to the bottom of my issue quickly. The nurse and front desk patient care representative were both friendly, professional, and made the check-in process smooth. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages — a nice touch that made the visit even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

I love coming to this ER because it is clean, efficient, and the medical staff are always kind and respectful. I’ve never had to wait long, and blood work, IVs, and any additional testing are always handled quickly. The doctors and nurses consistently make me feel cared for and respected.

This was an amazing experience from check in to the HS girl who is shadowing, the woman who took my vitals, the one who asked the questions, the woman overseeing them both, the Dr, the nurse (shift change also). Everyone was so kind and considerate. I recommend this place for any ailments that don’t involve life or death ♥️
