No waiting, prescriptions are always ready, they keep updated on your prescriptions, they contact your physician to inquire about refills, the people are VERY friendly and courteous, you never have to ask for refills the pharmacist takes care of everything. I highly recommend this pharmacy I guarantee you will be happy!
I agree 100% with the other review fron 2014. I have used Plano Care Pharmacy for over a year from a recommendation from my son because of lower cost for medications. My rating on everything is excellent; So much better than larger chains by far.
These folks have consistently gone above and beyond to help my family at every turn. The pharmacist has given us excellent guidance and helped us make smarter decisions for our health -- just an outstanding resource!
I switched from Walmart to Plano Care Pharmacy at the suggestion of my doctor, and I'm SO glad I did! These are just excellent people, from the pharmacist himself to every member of his staff. We have a complicated situation with our insurance sources, and Plano Care Pharmacy has proactively moved heaven and earth to make sure my mother and I get the medicines we need as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I trust them fully, and I LIKE them as well.
I am new to the area and needed to find a pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. I have had bad experiences with big chain pharmacies in the past. Long waits, rude or overworked employees. I decided to try this little pharmacy right around the corner from my work. The pharmacist is the owner and is so pleasant and helpful. They have good hours for a non-chain pharmacy and the customer service is great. I am a loyal customer of Plano Care Pharmacy. Nicole M.
