RecommendedThese guys are great! Called for service on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend and they came promptly and fixed it.
Initially, PACH was good to work with. They have replaced our HVAC system and sealed all duct work in the past several years. However, they have not responded to multiple emails and calls concerning warranty service. Techs have always been friendly and helpful. Customer service is very poor. No way to talk to a human when you call their number. I am stuck with this company because if we have someone else work on our system, the warranty we purchased for the units would be voided!
