my friends cat was neutered here last week. he became very ill. They refused a recheck appt as they only do spays and neuter. he never made it to another vet. he died. first rule of the Oath is DO NO HARM. what DVM turns away a critical pet????? shame on you all!!

Took my 19 week old pup there to be spayed this past week. The process was easy, and worked well. There were a lot of people there with their pets, but the lines moved quickly. The staff are very informative and helpful. They took great care of my baby, and her incisions are healing very nicely. She did not seem to be in much pain, but we also purchased pain meds for her, which came with instruction for use. My kitten was spayed at planned pethood. She developed an abscess and it ruptured. The vet and vet were great! They answered all my questions and concerns. My only issue was trying to get through to them by phone and email. I ended up just going there and Sheena was seen within 15 minuets.
Run do not walk away from this facility. My dog contracted bordatela (kennel cough) from her one night stay while being spayed. I had to make an emergency vet visit and then she infected my other dog. I am now 400$ in additional vet bills. I understand that is on me but I called 3 times and emailed to tell them she had become sick and they should be on the lookout for anyone else reporting these symptoms and hopefully to prevent others.
