because their not low-cost & they took advantage of my emotionally distraught state of mind&it was either agree to their terms& partially relinquish my therapy dog ,so they would treat her,or let her die& now they wont give her back to me& w/o her my insomnia is back& my vivid dreams& shes my daughters dog too, the manager had the nerve to tell me to go tobwalmart& panhandle to get the $$ to pay her vet bill, they are unsympathetic & rude & disrespectful

Yes they do good work and they show they care
The service, abilities, and information was 5☆+. They took amazing care of my dog during a crisis. They stayed on the penny of what I was quoted. I had gone through problems for over a year trying to correctly diagnose and they figured it out! Dr. Jeff and Dr. Petra are truly compassionate people who really care about people and their animals. they did a ACL surgery on my pitbull in 2017 and did a great job they care about the animal not how much money they can get out of you like the vets in morgan county
They do not know how to do simple procedures like a spay, dogs have lost their lives over their ignorance.
The rating for Planned Pethood was a 2.6 less than a month ago, and suddenly it's 4.2? I left a negative review earlier this month, and now I cant find it on your page. Certainly seems like someone has been deleting negative reviews. I also had a conversation going through messenger that I can no longer reply to. How completely unprofessional and childish.
