Review of recent visit September 2020: We understand patience is needed for COVID! Waited outside for 2 hours to get on the “ENTRY” list, even though we supposedly had an appointment, but that time was not honored! Waited another 30 minutes before our pet was seen briefly, without owner present! Had a pretty poor experience here, called in yesterday and was told that they only do walk-ins and to arrive by 7 am to have my dog's lump looked at. So I did. I arrived and there was a whole bunch of people waiting outside with their animals, felt really disorganized and chaotic. Once I arrived, I told the lady working on checking in people why I was there. Didn't mention anything to me... wait in line, get inside and then they tell me they only check lumps and masses between 12-2pm. How inconvenient. No sympathy, no servic... read more

0 stars. Quick to take my money for a half-assed initial appointment where the vet suggested medication for my dog. I have been calling for 2 weeks daily to get the medication filled. I got 1 call back after the first week but they didn't even leave a VM. Finally got a call back this second week after calling daily again and leaving VMs but they were super disorganized and didn't even have my initial appointment recorded when I had just been in the week prior for the appointment where Dr. Lant suggested the medication. I adopted the cat Tinley today and was impressed by the overall adoption process. I was given the opportunity to “trial” her to ensure compatibility with my dog. They sent me home with donated supplies and cat food. Highly recommend this adoption group, they really care about the work they’re doing and ensuring their pets find the right home. Thank you so much for everything!
This is the most caring clinic I've ever seen. I so wish that I lived closer so I could volunteer there.
