Best socialized and most confident kitten we've ever seen. Thanks Planned Pethood for a great job and another precious one saved and in a loving home.

I'm just leaving the low cost vaccination clinic and it was one of the worst experiences ever. We arrived when they opened at 9am, checked in and were given a number. We were not seen until 1pm and it was only then that we were informed they'd ran out of the 3 year Rabies vaccines we'd signed up to receive when we checked in. I think 4 hours is excessive to wait around for vaccines. The vet was nice and so were the other staff but there's a lot of room for improvement with regard to efficiency.

It was an excellent experience, helpful people and everything was perfect-and many are available for my questions! Only frustration was that the pamphlet I read outside the cat area at Petco said the cost of a cat would be 65 dollars and it ended up being 90, obviously 25 bucks is nothing but still wish that was better communicated! Loved these people!
