I’ve been a patient here for over 3 years and can’t say anything bad about them! The staff is great and very welcoming! As someone who doesn’t have insurance I’m glad I can come here and it won’t hurt my pocket! Birth control is basically free and absolutely love how considerate they are! 🫶
I had set up a virtual appointment for 1 50pm and was on call ready for it and then I waited and waited until about 245 when I had other things to do. I never had anyone else on the call with me. I even called the location at 230 to try and see what was going on but the woman who took my calls said she was going to leave them a message as they didn't answer the phone. Moral of the story don't set up an appointment online here if you actually wanna be seen.
