Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Don’t book a phone call visit, as they are always late for that, but in-person they are quick. They are also great at helping you figure out care if you are uninsured. Best Planned Parenthood I’ve been to by far.
Nice helpful people. When I was having issues with my madical they instantly helped sign me up to a fund so I could still be seen.
The worst experience slow the security was flirting with the staff my appointment was 8:15am they didn’t call me in still 10:45 am ask for a doctors note they let me out made me wait for another hour just for a doctors note and when I stand up and ask for it again, and the security guy was trying to grab me being very unprofessional language as well And if he was a Security, he shouldn’t be around the patient in the back having a good conversation with the nurses or staff no respect for patience or privacy! and one when I go... read more
