the worst experience ever!!!
Clinic was clean; the staff were really nice and helpful and really took their time explaining everything.
I never had a bad experience with PP before yesterday. I had an appointment at 1pm and left around 230 without being seen. Apparently there was problems with my insurance and I offered cash pay. They said I couldn’t be seen while they were trying to figure out my insurance and had to wait until they were done. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to figure out insurance especially when I offered to pay it in cash without the insurance. Very disappointed.
The most amazing service I have ever received in my life! Thank you. 10 stars!
Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Don’t book a phone call visit, as they are always late for that, but in-person they are quick. They are also great at helping you figure out care if you are uninsured. Best Planned Parenthood I’ve been to by far.
