Staff is very patient and respectful. I felt completely safe. The staff takes the time to educate you on any questions or concerns you might have. Place is clean and well taken care of. Booking an appointment was easy and fast.
I went here to get my nexplanon removed and the doctor there was super friendly, she understood and listened to me and why I wanted it out. Also, I originally planned on getting it removed at the Everett location but they said that I should keep it for a year even though when I went there it was obvious I was unstable.
The doctor made sure I was comfortable at all times! She’s amazing. Very good safe energy at this place. Any questions I ask get answered thoroughly! Definitely recommend this place. I never have to wait long to get checked in, usually pretty fast with a scheduled appointment.
I visited this location a month ago for an IUD Removal procedure, everything went well and smoothly. Lea and the other 2 ladies that helped me out were very nice, respectful and made me feel comfortable with the process. They even gave my husband and I very useful sheets with information since we are planning for pregnancy. I highly recommend this location. Thank you ladies. 🥰
