Checking in with reception was the ONLY confident part of this visit. Everything else was a train wreck of ignorance, ineptitude, lack of trust in my own personal knowledge and zero curiosity to find where discrepancies might be. Staff is very patient and respectful. I felt completely safe. The staff takes the time to educate you on any questions or concerns you might have. Place is clean and well taken care of. Booking an appointment was easy and fast.
I went here to get my nexplanon removed and the doctor there was super friendly, she understood and listened to me and why I wanted it out. Also, I originally planned on getting it removed at the Everett location but they said that I should keep it for a year even though when I went there it was obvious I was unstable.
The doctor made sure I was comfortable at all times! She’s amazing. Very good safe energy at this place. Any questions I ask get answered thoroughly! Definitely recommend this place. I never have to wait long to get checked in, usually pretty fast with a scheduled appointment.
