I genuinely believe that planned parenthood saved my life. After months of not being able to get gyno appointments, and never having a positive experience with hospital gynecologists, I made an appointment with Planned Parenthood. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and made me feel so safe. Definitely a few delays and some long wait times, but better than being put appointment wait lists for months. Life saving care as it should be
This clinic gave me the best doctor office experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They truly prioritize being comfortable and communicating what happens.
I am so grateful for this clinic! The people working here are such a delight and an absolute gift for our city. I have had to come back a few times, first for a pregnancy complication, then a few IUD complications. And every time I was treated with kindness and respect. I love PP and the services they provide and what they stand for but this clinic needs to work out their scheduling. Multiple times I have waited over an hour for a simple depo shot that should have me in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. More than once the clinic is visually near empty, at least in the waiting room, yet still I am waiting for upwards of an hour. Walk in visits should not be pushing back scheduled appointments.
