Had an appointment randomly canceled less than a day before it was scheduled due to an “emergency” (I guess having another staff member fill in isn’t an option?) with no notice and no offer to reschedule. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I definitely won’t be returning to this organization, patient care is very obviously not a priority.
Horrible for HRT. I have health conditions that require special attention whenever hormones are considered and not once have they ever been taken into consideration by any of the “doctors” here. They couldn’t answer a simple question about my dosage, and everytime you need bloodwork done for a refill it is hell on earth. Incompetent people who i doubt even went to medical school.
I have no idea why the reviews here are so bad. Got an IUD and it went super quick after answering some questions.
