I was very apprehensive about going to this location based on the reviews listed. I booked an appointment online, which was super easy, moved the appointment several times, also online, and finally went in because my birth control was running out (depo shot). I was only on the depo shot after having surgery, having been on Mirena for the past 7 years, and booked the appointment to have Mirena inserted again. I love Planned Parenthood. They have always been there for me and for my daughters.
I don't normally go out of my way to write bad reviews, but it seems I have plenty of time. Every year that I have to renew my prescription (I ALWAYS make an appointment), this place disappoints me. My appointment today was for 2:30 PM. It is now 4 PM and I have yet to be seen. Several people who came in after me (with AND without appointments) have already been seen and left the building.
