I'll preface this with I haven't reviewed anything since highschool. BUT I made an appointment to get my IUD taken out here due to my insurance being cancelled. Going in, I was pretty nervous having read the bad reviews but to my surprise- my experience was nothing but amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, after a brief wait in the waiting room they had me in and out in minutes. The facility is clean and tidy. I will absolutely be back if need be in the future!

Wouldn't trust this place to give me a band-aid let alone provide sexual or reproductive care. I waited on tests results for weeks later than they said I would, and even then I only got them after I had poked and prodded them several times. Pretty sure they forgot about me and would have never posted my results if I hadn't kept contacting them. Abysmal communication throughout the entire testing process from the whole staff.
