Appt was at 4:40 pm, never taken into room until 6:00pm. Mind you 20 min early for appt so waited an hour and 40 minutes. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional practice. Been here 3 hours and still not out and office closes in 6 minutes. How can a business work like this. I am in parking lot waiting and maybe 5 cars I lot and hardly anyone going in and out. The greeter was kind.. arrived 9am .. now an hour later and no one had been called into be seen. Terrible experience..
Staff is awful and wouldn’t even honor my appointment. Their manager made fun of me and I filed a complaint. What a waste of time.

My partner called about week beforehand, to see how they do with being inclusive to transgender people seeking services at their location, and were promised that they do their best. I even called an hour ahead, to ask if they are a transgender friendly center, I was told that they would change my name on file to my preferred name, and to use my preferred pronouns. Hands down the best choice for me. They offer real solutions and advice. They don’t just offer medication and rush you out the door like a doctors office. They truly care about everyone that walks through their doors. I would 10/10 recommend planned parenthood to anyone and everyone. From the front desk staff to the doctors they are all amazing and make you feel so comfortable.
You did it again PP, You helped this anxious adult woman feel comfortable and at ease during my appointment. Dr. Donna and Nurse Estella were absolutely remarkable. I can get pretty bad anxiety when dealing with blood and needles. Donna worked seamlessly removing my arm implant, while Estella held my hand. Both laughed and chatted with me the whole time.
