I believe there is a misunderstanding on what planned parenthood offers. Planned parenthood has truly saved my life I felt heard and advocated for when I needed to get a hysterectomy. Dr Baum is amazing my recovery was fast and I healed amazingly it's like it never happened. Thank Dr Baum I never loved a doctor as much as I love her!! She's amazing
Gentlemen (specifically), this is for you: I had a vesectomy done today. Was the procedure fun? Absolutely not. Am I in a little pain, sure. Was it weird laying on a bed with my terrified, flaccid, not at its finest, member out for three people to see....yeah, of course it was. Whomever answers the "shared line" for the PP of "Great Rivers" is an inconsiderate human who must hate their job. TERRIBLE "customer service." Needed information for a third party and the person couldn't have been less helpful or less compassionate.
I used to to go the South Grand location but that closed down so i had to go here. They canceled my october appointment for my annual woman's wellness exam same day, no explanation and no number to call. Rescheduled online for December. Was slightly late to my appointment due to protestors blocking parking lot and having to go through security and down some sketchy elevator (not issues at thr south grand location).
