Very pleasant experience all around. Quan was super professional and sweet and made the “uncomfortable” questions comfortable. Dr. Traino took the time to listen to me and my concerns and made sure to get a full and complete medical history. Explained all the options and pros and cons of each intervention so I was able to make an informed decision. Women’s healthcare at its finest
I came here for routine testing and could not be happier with the care I received. There was no wait time and the check in process was quick and easy. The medical assistant Cecile was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely return for future visits. Thanks Planned Parenthood!
Lies from receptionist and nurses about price certain tests, It wasn't even close to what i was charged when i got the bill. Called about it and was met with extreme rudeness by the same receptionist (assumably) then ignored by the billing departement and was sent to collection.
Had an IUD insertion here quite a long time ago and it was fine! Decent wait time, friendly enough staff, and the care felt comprehensive and nice. I'm so grateful to have Planned Parenthood in our community.
I came in extremely anxious, and Dr. Baum, along with the rest of the staff, eased my anxiety. Everyone was so kind, caring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.
