Whomever answers the "shared line" for the PP of "Great Rivers" is an inconsiderate human who must hate their job. TERRIBLE "customer service." Needed information for a third party and the person couldn't have been less helpful or less compassionate.
I used to to go the South Grand location but that closed down so i had to go here. They canceled my october appointment for my annual woman's wellness exam same day, no explanation and no number to call. Rescheduled online for December. Was slightly late to my appointment due to protestors blocking parking lot and having to go through security and down some sketchy elevator (not issues at thr south grand location). I came here for routine testing and could not be happier with the care I received. There was no wait time and the check in process was quick and easy. The medical assistant Cecile was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely return for future visits. Thanks Planned Parenthood!
