Genuinely speaking, this planned parenthood is honestly just terrible! Both the management and the quality of the service is horrendously bad! The employees based on our personal experience acted like they were just halfway doing their jobs. Another thing was the service is so unbelievably slow as well because we had to wait an absurd amount of time to just get called when there was nobody else even in there! I'm having horrible UTI symptoms and it says they are open and I'm trying to just be seen but when I call them it says I've called after hours
I went in to have an IUD placed for the first time. Everyone was super nice and patient with me. The nurse practitioner was amazing and talked me through the entire procedure, making sure I knew what was happening. I did have an adverse reaction after placement, bad cramps, nausea, clamminess and overheating, however that can happen to anyone. This is the last time I visit here after being patient and trying this clinic multiple times. My concerns were not listened to at all. I waited forever just to be rushed. The place I was referred to for imaging does bill Medicaid but they charge extra. I could not get a referral to a place of my choice. I will never use this PPH location again. This appointment was a waste of time and money. I will have to try again with a provider who listens and has time for each individual patient. They will not provide treatment for PCOS... read more
