I had a wonderful experience at this location. From the minute I walked in I was taken care of with such kindness and compassion and true patient care. Big shout out to mama Michelle in the front office, she was incredible and knowledgeable and so sweet and helpful. She made sure I was able to get what I needed at my visit and left no stone unturned to make sure all needs were met. Would give negative stars if possible. Michelle (the manager?) was very rude and awful to us. We called out of work to take my girlfriend to her appointment at 9:30. We live 30 mins away and got stuck in traffic and showed up at 9:40. She was incredibly rude and canceled the appointment because we showed up at 9:40. No compassion, no meeting half way. Would figure that a planned parenthood would hire people with people skills….dont waste your time!
