Staff is especially considerate, welcoming, and comforting. I've always been hesitant to go to a reproductive health center, but they were willing to work within my comfort zone. They took the time to explain every option of birth control to me, and actually heard my concerns so we could make a proper treatment plan.
I went to them in the past and they were great very interesting and helpful. I might just go back to them in the future because of how they treated me and really cared about me and supporting my back the hope time.
This was my first time visiting planned parenthood. It was super easy to make an appointment with them. I had to wait a little bit more than expected, but everything went super smooth. I had Jill as my medical assistant, and she was awesome! She went over every single detail with me, and made me feel super comfortable throughout my appointment. She is the best! Loved her. Friendly staff.
This place honestly is the worse no one picks up their phone and they take forever to call back! My appointment was 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to receive a call back after leaving a message
