I unfortunately encounter a frustrated experience with Kathy Wood. First, she was to update me on a matter that she was working on for me. instead, I had to call her to ask for a follow up. When she delivers the information, it was clear to me that the information was not accurate, so I ask a follow up question to learn more on how she came up with that number. Met by reception, asked to see our property manager, who was not in today, but the Assistant manager met with us. Very positive meeting, as has always been the case when we deal with PDS.
