We endured a conflict for over two years that should have been resolved in 2 hours. We incurred expensive legal fees to refute false allegations and monthly harassment. In the end the company rescinded all charges and fines out of fear of litigation. Not once in the process did the company reach out to us to resolve. They simply hijacked and usurped board authority without cause or due process. Despicable behavior.
