Needed an approval asap for my home to be painted. Emailed Mario, and was able to get everything submitted to get a faster approval. Would of had to wait weeks to get back on the contractor's schedule. With their quick response time, I was able to stay on schedule to have my home painted.
Megan was great. She was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Very professional and very knowledgeable

This business is exactly why HOA's have the negative reputation they do. I can't even pack a trailer in front of my house (on a public road for 48 hours) without getting a 'violation'. I'm not trying to keep it there - just pack it and unpack it. They won't call me back after twice appealing the violation in writing and leaving messages for "management" (still never received a response). Now I'm getting additional violations for my dormant lawn. Horrible business - unresponsive and vindictive.
