Saturday brunch and five-year-old's birthday: service was great at times and forgetful at others. Sandwiches were so-so and my eggs were cold. Didn't send them back because we'd already waited quite a while for our order to come up. However, the staff did a great job accommodating a 5-year-old's macaroni and cheese tastes and were very flexible about the birthday dessert. Mixed reviews for sure.
Called to reserve party of 15 for a small family dinner for my mom who just retired after 50+ years of hard work, we played phone tag a bit with three different people leaving me information on voicemail, most other places would not have cared as much to even return a call, the tables were ready when we arrived, our server was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive , the manager came to personally congratulate my mother, truly cared if we were enjoying everything, the food was the best I've had in southwest Michigan!... read more
We celebrated our 35th Anniversary @ Planks last night The food was awesome & the service was great Thanks again
We had dinner at Planks to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary . They went out of their way to provide stellar service and the food was great. We spent the night at the Inn and it was very relaxing. We had breakfast at Planks the next morning and the food was fantastic. Great service from our waiter (we had him both times). We would highly recommend them. Thanks for a wonderful time. We will be back. �
We came in with a party of four 30 minutes before shift change. Kyle K was our server and he was absolutely wonderful! He was super attentive and always quick to help us when we needed something. He never once rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. Thank you for a great experience!
