This is my favorite smoothie place of all time. It says that it’s permanently closed. Is that true or are you guys gonna reopen?

Products are great, slowest service I've experienced in a long time. Wife went there twice in last 2 weeks and customers that came in after her were served first even though my wife ordered and paid. Best to travel further to another to save time.
