Smoothie poorly made on 3 separate occasions I won’t return to this location
I visited this Planet Smoothie location around 4:30 p.m. today. The young lady taking my order told me I had $5 in reward points available. When I said I’d like to redeem them and also use my military discount as I have always been able to do during my previous visits I was informed by the cashier, and what I believe was the manager, that I could not use both my $5 reward and my military discount on the same transaction. I got the Peanut Butter Power Up, and it’s delicious! The service was super friendly and they made my smoothie very quickly. Great experience!
I went yesterday at 7:50 waited 10 minutes in line for them to give a single car there stuff and then they took the person in front of me order but refused to take mine even tho both of us was in line waiting before they closed. I feel like you should take everyone’s order who’s been in line waiting regardless of what time you close.
