It was my first time ever coming to a planet smoothie and I loved it, Sophia and Maddy made me feel so welcomed and I loved the strawberry colada definitely my favorite, I’ll most definitely be back !!
Dariana was awesome! Getting a smoothie for someone in the hospital and came here. She was helpful and gave a great recommendation! They have some indoor seating and you can even play a game while you’re waiting. They used real fruit and sherbet. I will be back! Much better than Starbucks!
Service and quality has drastically went downhill! I placed a mobile order and when I got there, no one had even started making it yet. Two people working with no customers.
The smoothies are very inconsistent. The viscosity is different every-time I get a smoothie. If I’m going to pay 8 dollars for a small smoothie I want consistency in my order. Provide better training to the employees!
I came in and the attendant was no where to be found. Ordered a pink breeze and it was just like sweet syrup. Wasn't a smoothie at all
