1 Star — Very disappointing experience I went to Planet Smoothie on Monday around 5:30 PM and ordered a medium Cookie Crusher with an extra scoop of protein. The employee who helped me appeared to be new and seemed unsure about several of the smoothies and their protein amounts, which was concerning. My friends and I showed up 10 minutes before they close, Max was very understanding and patient with us while he was the only one working that night. He was awesome and the smoothies were delicious!
Good service! I was greeted when I walked in. I ordered online and my smoothie was ready when I arrived. I can’t say much about the ordering process in store. I ordered the Mountain Man Crunch, and my smoothie was delicious! I noticed that some of the add-ins (like collagen) are pricier at this location than at other Planet Smoothies I’ve been too.
