Came in today for the first time in years && thank you to Rua she was super nice & took extra steps to make sure my next visit was easy for next time !
The Manager charged our card for the smoothie, then refused to give it to us because the charge didn't show up on their end in the computer. We showed them PROOF that the money was taken off our card. We still paid for the smoothie, but they refused to give it to us stating we should take it up with our bank. Terrible customer service! I do not recommend going here! We have been going to Planet Smoothie for a long time. NEVER AGAIN.
