I placed an order online which wasn’t even started to be made until I got there. No other customers were in the store. However, a man walked in and ordered a smoothie after me and received his order before I got mine. Wasted my whole break!
I had such a great experience today thanks to one of the employees Ally—she was incredibly knowledgeable about the smoothies and helped me pick the perfect one based on what I was looking for. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about what she’s doing. On top of that, she was just genuinely sweet and welcoming. It made the whole visit feel personal and positive. Give her a raise—she’s a gem!
