We had a great experience with Planet Roofing, very professional and we could not be happier with the new roofs. We have 170 units in our community, and they were fantastic to work with.
They replaced our roof and air conditioning units after hail damage. The air conditioning units are cheap, failed under warranty, and were labeled incorrectly making maintenance and repair an investigative task. Our air conditioner failed, they didn’t return our calls, and it has been in the 90s for a week. Not sure how this company has 4.7 stars.
Superior company. Planet Roofing replaced our 64 home HOA roofs in April 2022. Any and every issue and question by homeowners has been immediately addressed to still 100% satisfaction, over a year later. Outstanding!
