I have been a long time customer here over at Pet Planet. My dogs love to go here because of the great staff. I know I can trust the group here seeing how happy my dogs come out after they have been groomed, which the groomers do such a great job with!
Nate has always treated me with a great deal of respect! I had a lot of problems trying to find a groomer that will take good care of my Great Dane just because I'm very picky with who I take him to. My dog Gary deserves only the best because he takes great care of me. Nate has been so nice personally taking care of Gary when ever I come in, no matter how busy he is.
The groomer at Pet Planet is fantastic. My dog always looks so beautiful after she leaves there, and you could tell she feels beautiful too, and I love that. Thank you!
This is the only place I'll bring my baby pitbull (who is 3 yrs. old). She is so playful and such a lover, but some places think just cause she's a pitbull she's ferocious. They treat my baby just like she was a little yorkie or something, and I greatly appreciate that. Also, the facility is clean, another big plus in my book. Thank you Pet Planet for being so amazing.
I've taken my dog here to get groomed since she's a baby and Nate's always been great with her. He always gives her a little treat as soon as he's done haha she's spoiled now.
Just picked up my puppy from here from a week long stay and everything was great. She seemed very happy and energetic, almost not wanting to leave. The pricing was great actually for such a long stay.
I was just here a couple weeks back to get my Maltese groomed, she loves getting all pampered up. I've had no problems with Nate and the rest of the staff there.
(Now Pet Planet, Fomerly Doggie Dude Ranch & A Bar A Doggie Dude Ranch) This was the worst experience I have ever had. My dogs are inside dogs and we dropped them off for a week. When we picked them up they smelled and were infested with TICKS and we had to take them to an animal hospital. We had to call numerous times before we got a hold of someone "Nate" at Pet Planet (Doggie Dude Ranch) and he told us that he was more experienced than a licenced veterinarian! I boarded my dog at the Doggie Dude Ranch for 5 nights and even paid for a shampoo the morning that I picked her up. When I picked her up, the guy mentioned that there is a "real tick problem this year..." When I got her home, I noticed all kinds of scabs on her back, neck, and underside. Then, I shuttered when I saw a tick attached to the corner of her eye. The scabs must have been from other tick bites. I had never seen a tick up before on any of my dogs.
