I came in for an oil change and recall adjustment. I came in at 11:00 am and left at 4:30 in the afternoon in a rental car. I was told the car had 17 miles and a full tank. It had 47 miles and the tank was not full. I got home and 10 minutes later received a text telling me they finally got the recall done. I then went back and got my car. It was a 6 hour oil change. Killed my whole day. Not Ryan’s fault.
