I've received excellent service from Planet Nissan.
5 stars. Very fast and friendly.
I was very disappointed in my service no one from Nissan called me to tell me my vehicle was ready after it was serviced, I tried calling all day and no one ever responded. I finally went over at 5 o’clock to see if it was ready, and since I’ve gotten it back, it hasn’t sounded right either. Not sure if I feel comfortable ever taking it back, but I need to find out why it’s not sounding right if you guys disconnected a vacuum hose or what
Jason is awesome
