Had a few different people from planet maids for me and it’s consistently extremely clean and seamless. Communication and scheduling is extremely easy. Very happy with the service.

Wow, do not book with them. They said they would clean everything. I ordered the move in cleaning which includes a deep clean, I did NOT receive that. I also added on interior windows, interior walls and the balcony to be done. They didn’t get in between the windows and left crumbs on the stove top, they didn’t even clean the bottom of the oven. Fantastic service! This was my first time hiring cleaners in New York and I definitely will come back again! I spilled some water after the cleaning service and wiped it up with a paper towel. That paper towel was shiny white which means my floors are immaculate!
It's my 2nd time booking with Planet Maids. I've been struggling with life and having a hard time keeping my apartment clean. They did an amazing job with communicating for both booking and the cleaning process even though I had a very last minute booking. My cleaner, Kenia, followed all my instructions and left the place spotless! I will definitely book again with them if I need help in the future.
