Worst service for my baby, we were trying to show her previous haircut photos of my kid and she didn’t even see for literally a second and kept cutting his hair, even though I kept insisting to not cut front hair too short, she kept cutting it and finished complete hair cut rushing in like 7-10 mins. After that we complained about not seeing photo or listening to us, she just said there nothing I can do anything now, it will grow back. Also she was even rude while talking. Never coming back.
My son's first haircut was something I'll never forget, and I couldn't have asked for a better hairstylist! Claudia was incredibly patient, kind, and made him feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. The haircut turned out absolutely perfect, and she took her time to make sure every detail was just right. You can truly tell she care about her clients and love what she do. Very disappointed haircut took literally 10 mins for one kid which it ended up looking awful and my other kid was ok but haircuts were 73$ total which was wayyy to much for the small amount of hair and time she took with the haircut wanted to love this place. But won’t be coming back
Claudia did an exceptional job cutting our toddler’s hair and managing his emotions. Planet Kidz is set up amazingly for kids with lots of toys, an interactive playmat, fun options for barber chairs, and screens with kid friendly distractions. Thank you Claudia.
I cannot say enough about how happy we are with Planet Kidz hosting our son’s 3rd birthday party. From beginning to end everything was seamless and the kids had so much fun. We received so many compliments from our guests about how excellent the venue was. Jorge and team take care of everything and it is so great to have an stress-free day for events like this. I could not recommend Planet Kidz enough as a kids’ birthday party venue.
