Will definitely try to extort your wife's money if you die while in the military, and if they can't, they'll make sure she's homeless! Worst lender I have ever had the displeasure of researching.
At this point I have nothing to lose and at the end of my rope. I will wind up homeless if I have to depend on this company to supply any type of honest correspondence. I retired from the Navy and during my 6 months terminal (I had Collected due to working everyday for a year during Covid) I was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease where I was hospitalized and almost immobile. Unfortunately, I have my mortgage through Planet Home and if I could go back in time and go with another company I would definitely do so. Had a simple question regarding moving my mortgage to a trust and got a one sentence response with no explanation. I replied and asked for further explanation, and this was in January 2024, and yet to get a response. Horrible customer service typically equates to horrible culture throughout the company. Saw this lie on their website and had to laugh.
