Absolutely horrible experience. This clinic managed to turn one simple request into one of the most irritating experiences I’ve had with any medical office. I requested a medical letter exactly as advised by the doctor, related to a pregnancy situation — something that should have been handled carefully and professionally. ​I recommend Dr. Uzoma highly. He has been an incredible primary care physician for our family, providing consistent and thoughtful care for my husband me and my two young children (ages 6 and 1). ​Finding a doctor who is as skilled with adults as they are with pediatric care can be a challenge, but Dr. Uzoma excels at both. I had a great experience at Planet Health Clinic. Dr. Amaoge is very professional and explains things clearly during the visit. I needed to transfer my medical records from another clinic, and the process was handled very smoothly. The staff initiated and faxed everything for me, which made it completely hassle-free. The only downside is that there is usually a bit of a wait time to see her, but the overall care and service make it worth it. Everything else is perfect. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was looking for a family physician and was accepted at Planet Health Clinic right away, which was such a relief. Dr. Rufai is very kind, patient, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth, and the reception staff were very helpful—especially Shaheen, who made everything easy and stress-free. The clinic can be a bit busy at times, but overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I registered with Planet Health Clinic to establish ongoing prenatal care during my pregnancy after receiving initial first-trimester care through a walk-in clinic. At my first appointment, I clearly disclosed that some early ultrasounds and bloodwork had already been completed through Dynacare and explained the circumstances. I was advised that this was acceptable and that previously booked investigations could proceed, with results to be forwarded to the clinic. All tests were completed using the requisitions provided.
