I registered with Planet Health Clinic to establish ongoing prenatal care during my pregnancy after receiving initial first-trimester care through a walk-in clinic. Hi Planet Health Team, Today, I visited Planet Health Clinic to book an appointment for myself and my wife. The front desk staff member, Steny, assisted me with the booking. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be consistently rude and unprofessional throughout the process. While scheduling, I requested that the appointment details (date, time, and patient name) be written clearly on the visiting card to avoid any confusion, as I have previously experienced issues where staff claimed no appointment was booked. Yesterday I had a blood and urine test, but I has walkout without the test done. Due to unprofessional behavior of SMITH, when I asked him to who is the supervisor, he lied by say he himself is the supervisor, later on he said he is coordinator and his Manager name is Shubam. He is threatening me that he will report to the doctor, report what to the doctor. I made a simple request, I have question for doctor before I proceed with the test. Stopping a medication cold turkey like sertraline causes awful side effects unfortunately like suicidal thoughts and I can thank my lovely dr there for single handedly causing physical and emotional and mental harm on his patients. Thank you Kevin I won’t be back and hope you are better in the future. If I’m not dead on the side of the road I’ll come back and see you when someone finally gives me the help I need.

The doctor is amazing — professional and caring. Unfortunately, the reception communication needs serious improvement. Emails about appointments weren’t answered on time, calls weren’t picked up, and voicemails weren’t returned. Very frustrating experience.
