Admin department
My only concern here is with the staff at the front desk while the Doctors are Amazing. The admin staff never answer the calls no matter what!! If you leave a voice mail be sure to either forget about receiving a call back or probably get a call after 48 hours. Sometimes we end up calling the pharmacy just to get their attention. Absolutely a disaster front admin staff never wants to pickup the calls regardless they’re there only and then they assure the patient the doc can provide phone consultation for requisition, appointment time is at 3.50pm waiting for doc call no response called the clinic at 4.00pm and they said doc will call again waiting waiting I did get a call surprisingly at 4.20pm but doc said no requisition can be provided on call need to check in person for bloodwork allergy testing, I mean if admin staff isn’t sure of things please d... read more
