I had a terrible experience with this Planet Fitness location. The manager was extremely rude and did not listen to me at all. I went to the gym last year and requested to cancel my membership, but they never processed the cancellation. As a result, I was charged for months without knowing it, and I even had to pay an annual fee and late fees. This situation was very frustrating and unfair.
