It seems to be poorly managed. The staff say different things in regards to the black card spa, and an employee was wearing a name tag that was NOT her name. Why even wear a name tag if it’s not your name? Very strange. The team needs to be telling customers the same information, otherwise it’s just poor management. I read other reviews saying a similar problem so it’s not a one-off event.
Great staff but some maintenance required on a couple pieces of equipment and cleaning stations
