After reading the review about the racist night crew and saw that that’s the only review that got no response from this planet fitness I’m canceling my membership and friends and family are too
This is the closest planet fitness to my house and they have a fair amount of new equipment but the overall cleanliness needs to improve. They're constantly running out of paper towels to wipe down the machines and the energy from staff regarding this issue is apathetic to say the least. I've only been going to this location for a few months but this has happened several times. If you go here, I recommend bringing your own towels and cleaning equipment before you use any equipment because the sanitation seems inconsistent.
Only one of three showers work. One shower has no handle and the second literally drips water. No change for months.
I like the flexibility 24 hour and anywhere I can go but I'll like to have an space for practice box and a sauna will be great.
